Deliveries
Postal items will be sent by Royal Mail. If your item(s) are to be sent by courier, their delivery hours are between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
HHF&PS aim to dispatch your order within 3 working, however please allow up to 7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) for your order to arrive; larger items may take longer if sent by courier.
If you are needing to make delivery arrangements for your order please fill out the Additional Information section after filling in your details.
The delivery address can be different from the billing address. If you wish for your delivery to be made to your work address or an alternative address please enter those details as the delivery address when ordering.
If some items ordered are out of stock we shall email you to let you know. If items need to be ordered to full fill your order and takes more then 14 working days (Monday to Friday) we will email you with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Prices are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order exclusive of delivery.
We do not include delivery charges within the price for individual items as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole. Any delivery fees (where applicable)are added and clearly stated at the checkout.
The amount charged to your card will be the price displayed including any delivery charge.
Prices are subject to charge without notice.
Orders placed on this website can only be delivered to mainland UK addresses.
